STRUCTURE: DEPARTMENTS
The University of Lleida has twenty-six departments. Each Department is a unit within which research and teaching are carried out. Thus, course contents must be programmed and coordinated, and the levels of knowledge acquired by students are evaluated in relation with the goals set. To do so, questionnaires and other evaluation tools are used to detect failures and make proposals to correct the problems that arise. The departments are also instruments for participation in the University’s governing bodies.
