INSTRUCTIONS

• "Personal data" screen: Telephone numbers must include all the national and international codes.

• "Previous and current studies" screen:
  • If you come as a VISITING student and your university does not appear on the list of institutions, please fill in the field "Not listed institution" with the name of your university.

•  "Current studies"-"Degree" screen: write the current studies you are studying at YOUR HOME UNIVERSITY.

• "Preferred mobility" screen:
  • "Mobility type" field
    • "Internship" ONLY AVAILABLE for those students coming with the ERASMUS PLACEMENT scholarship.
  • "Mobility programme" field
    • ERASMUS SMS: ONLY for students participating in the European Union's, Croatia's, Norway's, Turkey's and Switzerland's exchange study programme.
    • ERASMUS SMP: ONLY for students participating in the European Union's, Croatia's, Norway's, Turkey's and Switzerland's exchange placement/internship programme.
    • PMP-Programa de mobilitat de la UdL: ONLY for exchange students coming from UdL's partner university which whith the UdL has an agreement that allows the exchange.
    • SICUE: ONLY for students coming from other Spanish universities through the SICUE exchange programme
    • VISITANT: ONLY for students willing to come here from universities to which UdL has no agreement, that that agreement does not have exchange possibilities or that desired exchange is different than that signed.
  • "Faculty" field:  centre where the student wants to do his/her studies. If the students wants to take courses from more than one centre, please contact International Relations Office.
  • "Start semester" field
    • WS 2011/12-at the end of August (look at the Academic Calendar-Welcome Weeks)
    • SS 2011/12- at the end of February (look at the Academic Calendar-Welcome Weeks)
  • "Duration (semesters)" field
    
    • 1 for students coming one semester
    • 2 for students coming the whole academic year
  • "Duration (months)" field: expected number of months of the stay
  • "Start of mobility" field: EXPECTED month of arrival
  • "End of mobility" field: EXPECTED month of departure

• "Language skills" screen: if your mother tongue is Spanish or Catalan, you do not have to fill in those language fields.

 DEADLINES

• For those students who want to come during the first semester (from the end of August to February) or during the whole academic year,  the application must be PROPERLY ENTERED and SUBMITTED before 01/07, and at least the scanned copy already sent by email before 15/07.
• For those students who want to come during the second semester (from the end of January fo July), application must be PROPERLY ENTERED and SUBMITTED before 01/12 and at least the scanned copy already sent by email before 15/12.

  • Learning agreement. You can download it from here. Information about UdL's courses is available at this web site. For more accurate information about possible courses you can contact directly the departmental coordinators at each faculty or school

  • Home university's nomination to come at the UdL as an ERASMUS student.
  • Copy of the passport or national ID (just for students with European Union's citizenship)
  • Copy of the European Health Insurance Card and/or private health insurance policy (for students with European Union's citizenship) and copy of the private health insurance policy (for those students coming from Non-European countries)
  • Oficial transcript of records with the list of courses taken up to the moment of submitting the application including the marks/grades obtained
  • Certificate of language skills (if required)

• For "ERASMUS SMP" students:
  • Training programme
  • Home university's nomination to come at the UdL as an ERASMUS PLACEMENT student.
  • Copy of the passport or national ID (just for students with European Union's citizenship)
  • Copy of the European Health Insurance Card and/or private health insurance policy (for students with European Union's citizenship) and copy of the private health insurance policy (for those students coming from Non-European countries)
  • Oficial transcript of records with the list of courses taken up to the moment of submitting the application including the marks/grades obtained
  • Certificate of language skills (if required)

• For "PMP-Programa de mobilitat de la UdL" students:
  • Copy of the passport or national ID (just for students with European Union's citizenship)
